1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tyche, provided by Gentoo Solutions LLC (“Gentoo”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Not financial advice

Tyche is an educational financial planning tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections, scenarios, and calculations are illustrative estimates based on assumptions you provide and publicly available data. They are not predictions of future results.

Consult a qualified financial advisor, CPA, or attorney before making any financial decisions. Gentoo Solutions LLC is not a registered investment adviser.

3. Beta software disclaimer

Tyche is currently in beta. The software may contain bugs, inaccuracies, or incomplete features. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Data displayed may be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on Tyche for financial decisions.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gentoo Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Tyche.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Tyche shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Gentoo Solutions LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100.00, whichever is greater.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Tyche for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Tyche at scale.
• Introduce malware or attempt to compromise the security of the application.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising Tyche are the property of Gentoo Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tyche at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from these Terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where required, by sending an email to your registered address. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
